Amy & Joseph | Wedding day at Hothorpe Hall

Wedding Photographer Hothorpe Hall.

Still keeping up with my sneak peeks, but only just. Amy and Joseph’s full gallery should be later ready this week so I thought I should get their sneak peek out! 🙂

It was a late start for me this last Friday at Hothorpe Hall & The Woodlands for the wedding of Amy and Joseph. Their wedding was at 3.30 and I arrived to capture guests arriving. Both Amy and Joseph were a little nervous but very excited. Strings played as Amy walked down the Aisle. It was very much a Rugby theme with a ‘line up’ shot planned which I had lost a little sleep over the night before! Amy had a little restriction moving her arms above her head further than her face and they wanted a shot of Amy being held up by Joseph to catch a rugby ball thrown by the best man! I had visions of a broken nose… !! I needn’t have worried, I set it up so the ball was thrown over Amy’s head for one shot and in another shot I had her hold the ball, better safe than sorry!  It was great fun and all the lads and wedding guests were up for a bit of fun with the photography, just what I like 🙂

The afternoon flew and suddenly we were at first dance, quite a lot of beer was starting to be consumed and I wonder how much whiskey was actually drunk on the top table in the end!? The best man’s speech was fabulous with some great visual jokes.

A really fun afternoon with some lovely family and guests.

Here is a little sneak at some of the photographs taken on the afternoon:

Until next time, Kyra. x
