Wedding Photographer Hothorpe Hall

Eilidh & Darren’s Autumn Wedding.

I seem to have completely dodged the rain this wedding season. The weather was mild and bright again in the morning of 17th October. Eilidh was in the final stages of hair and make up and there was a real sense of calm over the house. The wedding was in a lovely little church in the middle of Lutterworth, it was terrible to find parking though! The ceremony was very emotional and I was very grateful to the Vicar who let me take as many photographs as I pleased throughout the ceremony. With fading light we arrived at Hothorpe Hall, beautifully dressed for the wedding breakfast. I stole Eilidh and Darren from their guests to capture some photographs of them together, the autumn leaves in the woods and on the bridge made a lovely backdrop to their wedding portraits.

The speeches were good and there were a few tears and lots of laughter. I stayed a little longer after first dance to capture the guests as they shook the dance floor. I don’t think Eilidh stopped smiling all day!

Here are a selection of photographs taken at Hothorpe Hall on the day.

Still some catching up to do, but it has been a very busy wedding season!
